Paul encourages us with a message about 'LIFE' - Life today and Life for eternity! What do you know about 'Life and Life in all its fulness' (John 10:10) as Jesus promised to all who receive Him in their lives? Do you ever wonder how we can get the most out of 'Life'? Or what will happen to our 'Life' after we die? Is there really an 'after-life'? And if so, how can we be certain to receive this Life and 'live forever' as Jesus claimed we could?

Steve continues with Part 7 of the series on 'Making Disciples' and what we can learn from the 1st Disciples and their devotion to the 'fellowship' of the local church (Acts 2:42). What is 'Christian Fellowship'? Why is it so important? And what distinguishes the fellowship of 'believers' from all other gatherings, fellowships and community groups? Steve shares more about the Early Church and how their 'fellowship' was unique and Divine (with God's love at the centre), and how practically we can demonstrate God's love to one another today (as Covid restrictions ease)! 'And let us consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.' (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Jesus said, 'Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the GIFT My Father promised... for John baptised with water, but in a few days you will be baptised with the Holy Spirit' (Acts 1:4-5) '...you will receive POWER when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses...' (Acts 1:8)

Mark Sayers join us Sunday morning to remind us of the importance of finding a 'secret place' with God as he shares from Psalm 91 and what we can learn from the opening verses: 'He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God, in whom I trust.' (Psalm 91:1-2)

Matthew Parsons shares an encouraging & challenging message to press on and take hold of all that God has set before us! How long will you wait to receive and experience all that God has for you? Matthew reflects on the journey of Joshua and the Israelites, when leaving the wilderness to take possession of the Promised Land in Canaan, and shares what lessons we can apply to our lives today. 'One thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenwards in Christ Jesus!' (Phil 3:13-14)

Rob reveals to us something that is 'super powerful' to STOP us immediately in our lives!! What is it? Everyone of you has probably been STOPPED in your tracks because of 'it' - maybe even Jesus? Rob challenges us to think about whether or not we have the 'right perspective' in today's world and culture we live in! Never underestimate the power and significance of something 'small' to STOP you in your tracks or distract you from what God has called you to do! How do we overcome the 'tactics' of the enemy (the devil) to focus on and fulfil all that God has for us with the 'right perspective'? Jesus said, 'The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that you may have life, and have life to the full' (John 10:10)

Steve continues with Part 6 of the series on 'Making Disciples' and what we can learn from the 1st Disciples of the Early Church and their devotion to prayer (Acts 2:42). Throughout the Book of Acts we see a pattern; Prayer followed by an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and then God's presence bringing salvations and miracles! The Early Church experienced explosive growth because they were a 'House of Prayer', just as Jesus called them to be; 'My House will be called a House of Prayer' (Matt 21:13) What about us today, as a local church? Are we a 'House of Prayer'? 'Don't just listen to God's Word... do what it says... if you do what it says and don't forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it!' (James 1:22-25) 'The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective' (James 5:16)
